When I was about 10 years old, I lost my Nintendo GameBoy on a flight home from Europe. It was a very depressing day for my younger little self.
Luckily nowadays, KLM, the Royal Dutch Airlines has been on a mission to return any lost items from plane flights to passengers as quickly as possible. KLM has a beagle, which is a scent hound used for tracking, to help find the passengers that left their personal items on an airplane. So far this beagle has been available at the Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, but no reports have mentioned any other airports that use another beagle elsewhere. It’s definitely a great start for KLM though. Hopefully these beagles land in every airport for every airline soon.
