LA Fire Lights Up Downtown Los Angeles Overnight

In the middle of the night while most people were sleeping, close to 1:20 am PST, a fire set ablaze in Downtown LA. The fire location was reported to be at 909 W. Temple Street, which consumed an apartment tower that was currently under construction. The fire also damaged two other nearby buildings and left surrounding freeways shutdown. The 110 freeway between the 10 and 101 was shutdown along with the 101 southbound at Alvarado. According to the LA Fire Department, 200+ Firefighters have been working on the late night scene, which is still currently ongoing at 4:30 am. They currently do not know when the fire will be fully extinguished. So far there has been no announced cause of the fire and no injuries have been reported. While this is an unfortunate event, there were some pretty nice pictures of LA that were taken last night.
