The Things Science Can Do To Fruits and Vegetables

Japanese scientists have managed a way to turn the insides of fruits and vegetables into juice. They were able to do this with shockwave technology which keeps the outside bodies fully untouched while a miniature explosion occurs. I’m not sure what the production costs of this will be at a rate of one fruit per few minutes, but it looks like a cool idea. Stick a straw in it!
