BE STREET Weeknd Los Angeles Recap

Yesterday we got to check out the Be Street Weeknd event at the Container Yard in LA. Be Street is a print magazine about fashion, music, art, and street culture based in France. Lately they’ve been making some moves in LA in the local fashion, music, and art scenes respectively. So what is Be Street Weekend? It’s basically a culmination of what Be Street Magazine encompasses in their print magazine, but in the form of a live event. Be Street partnered with Soulection as the sound providers for the weekend, which brought in some of the best producers and DJs in the game right now. Soulection Artists included were Andre Power, Joe Kay, Esta, Abjo, Waldo, DPAT, and more. Be Street Weeknd also brought in some of the top unique clothing and streetwear brands available from Dimepiece, Primitive, Tealer, Xlarge, Mishka, and more. The Container Yard was the best possible venue with such aesthetically pleasing art all over the venue. And of course there was live art by Aaron Kai, Madsteez, Chocomoo, James Haunt, and more. They even had a cash bar with great prices, food trucks, an indoor skatepark, and mini-arcade. What more could you need?
