Las Vegas has a new big player in town! And no, it’s not the City Center. The world’s tallest ferris wheel, named the “High Roller,” just opened this Monday in Las Vegas. The High Roller is the biggest attraction at the new Linq entertainment and retail space in Las Vegas. The 550 ft tall ferris wheel will be be traveling at 1 foot per second and will take 30 minutes for 1 full rotation. It is recommended since it’s a 30 minute ride that you use the restroom before boarding, especially if you have lots of alcohol in your system. The 28 cabins, which can each fit up to 40 people, on the High Roller can even be booked for weddings or private parties! The modern and stylish cabins also have their own unique music and videos for your 360 degree view of Las Vegas from new record heights. Imagine the beautiful desert views on this ferris wheel at sunset or even night time. If you thought your last regular room with a view was great, this will probably beat that view instantaneously! Did I mention that you can bring alcoholic beverages on board?
